12/12 - Olympic Pipeline 16" Allen to Renton mainline shut down as a result of 714 barrel gasoline leak in Skagit County east of Conway, WA. near milepost 46. Spill is a result of a failed 3/8" tubing connection that leaked unabated over the weekend. No supply issues are expected at SeaTac Airport or Seattle area truck loading terminals.

8/20- Crude oil offloading has temporarily ceased (until 8/21) at Chevron El Segundo's offshore marine terminal in the Santa Monica Bay and Marathon/Phillip 66's Berth 121 in the Port of Long Beach due to Tropical Storm Hilary. Pacific offshore lightering has temporarily ceased. Flaring noted at Phillips 66 Carson, Marathon Wilmington-Carson and PBF Torrance. Refinery operations in the Bay Area are unaffected at this time.

7/19 - Esmeraldas loading terminal in Ecuador shut in for vessel loading due to 1,200 barrel spill into Pacific Ocean and adjacent terminal property.

4/24 -Torrance Logistics M-70 pipeline shut in due to 110 barrel spill of heavy crude oil at Sepulveda Boulevard and I-10 in Los Angeles due to corrosion.

Crimson Pipeline pipeline repaired 4/5 after leak of 10 bbls Kern River heavy crude near 7th Standard Road and Shafter Avenue, Kern County. Crude stocks not impacted at Martinez and Benicia.

Kinder Morgan Watson Station leak secured and refined product shipments to Colton/CalNev resumed on 2/13. Fuel shortages experienced in Las Vegas as a result. Cause: improper installation/maintenance on outgoing valve from Watson Tank #8.

Plains Line 2000 resumed service on 2/4/23 after leak of 170 barrels SJVH in Santa Clarita, CA after a failure of a component on the mainline check valve

Kinder Morgan 16" South Line to San Diego resumed service on 1/4/23 after 90 barrel gasoline leak and subsequent repair made to the line in Cerritos, CA. Gasoline/Turbine fuel shortages experienced in San Diego between 12/27-1/4 Cause: Selective Seam Corrosion on the LF long weld

Crimson 12" 0420 line out of Kern River oilfield shut in 6/2/21 due to 7 bbl leak of San Joaquin Heavy crude caused by external corrosion. No supply impacts.

Torrance Logistics M1 pipeline restarted 11/21/20 after 17 bbl leak discovered on Tejon Ranch on 11/19 adjacent to I-5 northbound on the Grapevine.

Kinder Morgan 10" line to San Jose resumed service on 12/9/20 after 1000 barrel gasoline release into San Ramon bypass channel in Walnut Creek. Gasoline and turbine shortages experienced in San Jose. Cause: Stress Corrosion Cracking
